Lets talk about the STAR framework today. But, let's have a new spin. Pretend you're the "star" in a movie. Lets go! 🔵 Situation / Setting - A good movie needs a setting. And a main conflict. Set that up right away. 🔵 Task / Plot - Now, introduce the main objective which is to solve the conflict. 🔵 Action / Hero's Journey - You're the protagonist. This is your moment to shine. 🔵 Results / The Climax + Resolution - What did you achieve? How do you know? What were your metrics? 📺 Optional / The Sequel - Discuss subsequent changes or follow-up actions you made based on the results. Also, don't forget to practice and rehearse.
